Sesame chutney or a chutney made from til seeds is a great add on to any meal. The sesame seeds are naturally rich in heartfriendly oils and hence make for a health add on or dip with any snack or meal.
- All the ingredients are fried in coconut oil or ghee and ground into chutney using as little water as possible.
- To the thick chutney is added a tbsp of heated oil with asafoetida.
- This chutney goes well with chapattis, bread, dosas etc.
- It can be served with hot rice too.
