Sesame chutney or a chutney made from til seeds is a great add on to any meal. The sesame seeds are naturally rich in heartfriendly oils and hence make for a health add on or dip with any snack or meal.

  1. All the ingredients are fried in coconut oil or ghee and ground into chutney using as little water as possible.
  2. To the thick chutney is added a tbsp of heated oil with asafoetida.
  3. This chutney goes well with chapattis, bread, dosas etc.
  4. It can be served with hot rice too.
