નાળિયેરનું દૂધ (Benefits of Coconut milk, nariyal ka doodh in Gujarati): આધુનિક સંશોધનોએ દર્શાવ્યું છે કે પૂરતી તંદુરસ્ત ચરબી ન ખાવાથી વાસ્તવમાં શરીરની ચરબી વધી શકે છે. પરંતુ તમારે યોગ્ય પ્રકારની ચરબી પસંદ કરવાની જરૂર છે, જેમ કે નાળિયેરનું દૂધ. અને જવાબ છે એમ.સી.ટી. (મીડિયમ ચેઇન ટ્રિગ્લાઇસેરાઇડ્સ) (Medium Chain Triglycerides) - જે સીધો યકૃતમાં જાય છે અને શરીરમાં ચરબી તરીકે સંગ્રહિત થતો નથી. નાળિયેરના દૂધમાં પોટેશિયમની પણ થોડી માત્રા પણ હોય છે, જે હાઈ બ્લડ પ્રેશર ધરાવતા લોકો માટે ફાયદાકારક છે. નાળિયેરના દૂધમાં હાજર લૌરિક એસિડ (lauric acid) કોલેસ્ટ્રોલના સ્તર પર હકારાત્મક અસર કરે છે, જે હૃદયના સ્વાસ્થ્યને પણ સુધારે છે. નાળિયેર દૂધના વિગતવાર ફાયદા વાંચો.
