A lovely puff pastry Pizza recipe which is sure to be loved by all, especially the children. The puff pastry dough is made into a pizza base which is spread with tomato paste and topped with veggies and cheese before baking. Enjoy this crispy puff pastry pizzas as snack or packed lunch.
- Roll out pastry into half inch thick rectangle.
- Cut into eight square pieces.
- Mix ingredient for topping.
- Spread mixture on pastry pieces.
- Bake pizza in hot oven for ten minutes.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
