Ingredients
4 bhavnagari green chillies
100 gms shredded paneer (cottage cheese)
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
a pinch of turmeric powder (haldi)
a pinch of dried mango powder (amchur)
1 tsp oil
3 tbsp cornflour
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
Method
    Method
  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add the onions and saute till they turn translucent.
  2. Add the paneer, turmeric powder, amchur powder and salt, mix well and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from the flame, cool, add the coriander and mix well. Keep aside.
  4. Slit the chillies, deseed them and stuff each chilli with a portion of the paneer stuffing. Keep aside,
  5. Add pinch of salt to cornflour, add water and mix well to make a thick paste.
  6. Heat the oil in a kadhai, dip each chilli in flour paste and deep fry till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
  7. Serve hot.
