Mango Cubes ( Recipe for Toddlers) recipe - How to make Mango Cubes ( Recipe for Toddlers)

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 30 cubes

1/2 cup fresh curds (dahi)
1/4 cup milk powder
1/4 cup condensed milk
2 tbsp roasted and powdered quick cooking rolled oats
1 cup mango purée
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
ice-cream sticks cut into 3” pieces
  1. In a mixer add the curds, milk powder, condensed milk, oats, mango puree, sugar and vanilla essence, mix using a spoon and blend till smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into plastic lolly moulds or ice cube trays and freeze for 4 to 5 hours till slightly firm.
  3. Insert ice-cream sticks into the semi frozen lollies and freeze again for another 6 to 8 hours or till fully set.
  4. Unmould and serve immediately.

  1. Use coloured ice-cream sticks to add more fun to the recipe, infact involve your child in the fun by asking them to insert the sticks.
