  1. To make moong dal water, combine the moong dal and ½ cup of water in a pressure cooker, mix well and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
  2. Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
  3. Add another ½ cup of water and blend in a mixer till smooth.

  5. Serve moong dal water lukewarm.
