  1. Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 20 equal portions, shape each portion into a round and flatten slightly to make coin sized tikkis.
  3. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it lightly using a little oil.
  4. Place the tikkis on it and cook them using a little oil, till they turn light brown in colour from both the sides.
  5. Serve warm.

How to make Potato Green Pea Tikki

 

    1. To make Potato Green Pea Tikki, Baby and Toddlers Tikki, In a deep bowl put 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes.

    2. Add 1/4 cup boiled and coarsely crushed green peas.

    3. Add 2 tbsp grated paneer (cottage cheese).

    4. Add 2 tbsp grated processed cheese, add 2 tbsp roasted and crushed peanuts, add 1 tbsp butter and mix well.

    5. Divide the mixture into 20 equal portions, shape each portion into a round and flatten slightly to make coin sized tikkis.
