Flapjack is a healthy oat-based sweet popular in countries like america. The good thing about it is that you can add a lot of other things along with the oats to make it healthier and tastier. You could add dried fruits, nuts, a dash of cocoa, honey, whatever you like. Remember to be careful when you take the mixture out of the oven, because the mixture will be too hot and bubbly.
