Easy Snack recipe - How to make Easy Snack

Ingredients

1/2 cup rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1/2 cup plain flour (maida)
2 tbsp curds (dahi)
1 tsp chopped green chillies
chillies 1tsp
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
chopped coriander (dhania)
leaves 2 tbsp
1 tbsp chopped mint leaves (phudina) (optional)
leaves(optional) 1 tbsp
2 tbsp grated carrot or beetroot
grated 2 tbsp
salt to taste
a pinch soda bi carb
oil for deep-frying
water to mix all the ingredients
Method


  1. Seive rice flour,maida, salt
  2. And soda-bi-carb in a bowl.
  3. Now put all the ingredients inthe bowl except oil.
  4. Mix all the ingredients slowly by adding little by little water.
  5. The mixture must be semi-solid like onion pakoda mixture.
  6. Heat oil in a kadhai.
  7. Drop pakodas slowly with your fingures in the oil.
  8. Fry pakodas in medium flame till golden brown.
  9. Serve hot with sauce or chatni.
