2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup grated cabbage
1/2 tsp grated garlic (lehsun)
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
salt to taste

  2. Heat and grease a non-stick tava (griddle) using ¼ tsp of oil.
  3. Place 6 tikkis on tava.
  4. Cook each tikki, using ¼ tsp of oil, till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides. It will take 3 to 4 minutes to cook each tikki side. Keep flipping and greasing one more time till the tikkis are cooked. TEST : take a tiny part of one tikki and taste to see if it's cooked well.
  5. Serve immediately with green chutney.
