Vegetable Paneer Bun recipe - How to make Vegetable Paneer Bun

For The Veg Sliders
3 cups paneer (cottage cheese)
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 ts[ sesame seeds (til)
1 tsp cornflour
16 ladi pav

For The Veg Slaw
3 tbsp soy sauce
curds (dahi)
5 tsp sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp sesame seed oil
1 tsp crushed garlic (lehsun)
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
4 carrots. grated
2 cucumber , grated
1/4 cup roasted crushed peanuts

  1. Cut paneer into 8 slices lengthwise;halve slices to make 16 pieces.
  2. Transfer to baking dish and keep aside.
  3. Combine the soy sauce, sugar, oil,and cornflour in a bowl and whisk well.
  4. Pour over paneer pieces ,cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Keep aside.

  1. Combine the soya sauce, curds, sugar, vinegar, oil, garlic and pepper in bowl and whisk well.
  2. Add the carrots, cucumber and peanuts, mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. chill.

How to proceed

  1. Coat the baking sheet with oil.
  2. Drain the paneer and transfer to prepared baking sheet and bake in a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.
  3. Flip and bake for more 20 to 25 minutes till they turn crisp.
  4. Fill buns with 1 paneer slice and 2 tbsp veg slaw.
  5. Serve immediately.
