Tomato wheat dosa is a fiber dense variation to the typical rice and dal based batter. The rava or semolina is mixed with tomatoes, green chillies and then spread as dosa on a non stick pan. A crispy dosa recipe which can be enjoyed as breakfast or snack.

1 cup wheat semolina (rava)
2 tomatoes
3 green chillies
small piece ginger (adrak)
salt to taste


  1. Allow rava in water for about half-an-hour.
  2. The above mentioned items like tomata,green chilly,ginger,salt are to be blended together with the soaked rava.
  3. Chopped corriander leaves and curry leaves to added to the mix.
  4. The above preparation is is ready to be prepared as dosa in a tava.
