Soya granules are by far the most popular among the different soya products you find in the market, thanks to their versatility! They turn soft, increase in volume and blend easily with other ingredients. They find immense applications in recipes like Soya Methi Masala, page 39, Malai kofta, page 48 etc.
- Combine the soya granules, salt and 1 cup of warm water together in a bowl.
- Keep aside for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Squeeze the soya granules thoroughly, retain them and discard the drained water.
- Use as required.
