Pineapple Jelly Cake recipe - How to make Pineapple Jelly Cake

Makes 2 serving
- Soak jelly crystals in 1/4 cup cold water, place over a bowl of hot water and stir until dissolved.
- Add the crushed pineapple, sugar, salt and lemon juice, mix well and cook on a slow flame until everything is well-blended.
- Remove from the flame, cool and add the whipped cream and fold gently.
- Line the sides and bottom of the pan with sponge cake and pour the mixture on the sponge cake.
- Refrigerate till set.
- Unmould and serve.
