A delicious sambhar masala which can be made at home easily and stored for a months time. . .
- Dry roast all ingredients one at a time, except the asafoetida.
- Cool, add theasafoetida powder and blend in a mixer into a smooth powder.
- Store in an airtight container and use as required.
