Ingredients

1 1/2 cups papaya cubes
1 orange
1 cup seedless black grapes
1/2 cup pineapple cubes
1/2 cup unsweetened soya milk
Chewable Calcium Tablet
Method

  1. Extract the orange juice with citrus juicer and keep aside.
  2. Wash grapes and mix with pineapple pieces.
  3. Process grapes and pineapple in juicer and keep the juice aside.
  4. In a blender combine papaya, soymilk, and calcium tablet.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Add orange juice and grape,pineapple juice in the blender.
  7. Blend until mix well.
  8. Pour the juice into glass.
