Khus Kush Subzi recipe - How to make Khus Kush Subzi

Ingredients
100 gms poppy seeds (khus-khus)
2 onions , chopped
2 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
oil for cooking
salt to taste
Method
  1. Blend the khus khus in a mixer using little water till smooth.
  2. Keep aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions, green chilli and ginger paste and saute till the onions turn golden brown.
  4. Add the prepared khus khus paste, salt and little water, mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
