You can make a similar nutritious roti by substituting carrot with other vegetables like cabbag,onions etc.
- Combine all the ingredients, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using enough water.
- Add 1 tsp of oil, knead again and keep aside for 15 mins.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out ach portion into thin rotis.
- Heat a tava and cook each roti, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
- Serve hot.
