  1. Combine all the ingredients, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using enough water.
  2. Add 1 tsp of oil, knead again and keep aside for 15 mins.
  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out ach portion into thin rotis.
  4. Heat a tava and cook each roti, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  5. Serve hot.
