Preparation Time:    Baking Time:  30 minutes   Baking Temperature:  200°C (400°F)   Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 6 toasts

Ingredients
6 bread slices
3 tsp soft butter for spreading

To Be Mixed Into A Mixture
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp cheese spread
1/4 cup finely chopped black olives
1 tbsp finely chopped jalapenos
1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 tbsp milk
salt to taste
Method
  1. Spread ½ tsp butter on each slice and place it on a baking tray, with the buttered side facing upwards, and bake it in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 10 minutes or till they turn crisp.
  2. Remove the bread slices, turn over and spread little mixture evenly over each slice.
  3. Place all the bread slices again on a baking tray with the mixture side facing upwards. Bake again in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.

I have tried all diffrent toppings on a toast but had never tried jalapenos with olives before. I love the way the melted mozerella tastes. Yummm. Such a nice cheesy and tangy taste. Perfect for a cocktail party or even as a snack.
