Crisp, buttered toasts topped with an attractive combination of cheese, olives and jalapeno are sure to make you drool! The cheese melts upon baking, coating the other ingredients in a truly irresistible way.
A dash of herbs adds to the appeal of the Cheese, Olive and Jalapeno Toast, by giving it not just an awesome flavour but also a fabulous aroma that fills the kitchen as the toast bakes in the oven.

- Spread ½ tsp butter on each slice and place it on a baking tray, with the buttered side facing upwards, and bake it in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 10 minutes or till they turn crisp.
- Remove the bread slices, turn over and spread little mixture evenly over each slice.
- Place all the bread slices again on a baking tray with the mixture side facing upwards. Bake again in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
