Apple chutney serve as a dip for the starters.
Method- In a deep pan, add the apples, 1 cup water, sugar, vinegar and cinnamon and boil till the apples are cooked and the mixture is just moist.
- Add the chilli powder and salt, mix well and cook for 2 minutes or till the apple is mushy.
- Remove from the flame and discard the cinnamon sticks.
- Serve hot or chilled.
