  1. Blend all the ingredients together.
  2. Add more buttermilk if necessary.
  3. Ginger grated roll the dosa in a three-fold cylinder.
  4. Oil to shallow fry serve hot with onion and/or coconut chutneys.
  5. The batter should be relatively thin. Salt to taste keep aside for 20 - 30 minutes.
  6. Heat griddle and pour 1 large spoon of batter on it.
  7. Spread by gently rotating the griddle.
  8. Put some oil (1/2 tsp. ) over dosa.
  9. Lift with a spatula as for basic dosa.
