When I saw this recipe, I quickly decided to make it, the flavour and taste of garlic was just amazing and when cream and paneer was added it was soo rich, I made garlic naan with it and it was a complete meal.

I love Mexican soup and every time I go to a Mexican restaurant I always end up ordering it, when I came across this recipe I wanted to give it a try and tried and it was WOW, the cottage cheese balls were melting in my mouth and the rajma in the soup was giving a great mouthfull.

This quick recipe is a great combination of Onions, cashews and garlic which are later mixed with cream and the best masala garam masala which gives it a very nice taste to this subzi. I serve this with Naan and sliced onions

My family loves Pakodas and Kadhi, So one Sunday morning I decided to try this recipe and it was perfect, The pakodas are so tasty that one can serve them just like that with ketchup and green chutney, but even when put in a Punjabi style kadhi it was fab !!!

I love Apple Crumble a lot, so when I saw this recipe being made in a microwave I was surprised but at the same time scared as to how will it be in taste, will it match the same taste that is made in the oven....I gave it a try and was totally totally surprised, it was just WOW !!
