Ingredients

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a wok on a high flame, add the garlic and sauté till it turns golden brown.
  2. Add the tofu, spring onion whites, carrots, capsicum, bean sprouts and peanuts and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add the noodles, chilli powder, sugar, soya sauce, lemon juice, salt and spring onion greens and toss gently and cook for 2 to 3 more minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
