Ingredients


For the batter-
1 cup plain flour (maida)
2 cups milk
1 tsp baking powder
butter for cooking
salt to taste

FOR STUFFING:-
100 gms green peas
100 gms carrots
50 gms french beans
50 gms potatoes
100 gms onions
50 gms capsicum
50 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
salt to taste
2 tsp oil
Method


  1. First of all cut all the vegetables into small pieces and then boil till tender.
  2. Then heat oil in a flat bottomed pan and fry onions and then add all other vegetables and add salt and pepper. then close the gas.
  3. Now mix all the ingredients for the batter and then prepare the chilla on tava with the help of oil and stuff the stuffing prepared from the vegetables in between and serve hot with chutney and ketchup.
