  1. We put our raw peanuts in a plastic container and store them in the fridge.
  2. We will be using these raw peanuts to roast.
  3. Heat a non stick pan and add the raw peanuts. 
  4. Roast the raw peanuts on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring with a spatula.
  5. Roast peanuts till golden brown.

This accompaniment is always made at my place during fasting days...I love the crunch of cucumber and peanuts, it is sweet, spicy and just perfect in taste.
