An unusal blend of juices. Cool and delicious.

Ingredients


1 small cup (80ml.) melted Vanilla Ice-cream or Coconut Ice-Cream
1 tbsp honey
8 tbsp pineapple juice
4 tbsp banana puree
crushed ice
a few pineapple pieces and a cherry for decoration

Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients including crushed ice in a blender.
  2. Pour into a tall glass.
  3. Decorate with pineapple pieces and a cherry on a skewer and serve immediately.
