Ingredients

1 avocado
1/2 cup greek yoghurt or thick hung curds (chakka dahi)
3 tbsp chopped shallots
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp sea salt

Method

Cut each avocados in halves. Remove the seed and scoop out the center portion and mash it using a fork or a masher.
Combine all ingredients, except the sea salt and 1 tbsp of water in a mixer and blend till smooth.
Transfer to a deep bowl, add the sea salt and mix well.
Refrigerate till use.
