Looking to spice up the tortilla chips? why not whip up this wonderful yet easy-to-make guacamole dip. Top with tomatoes and lace with lemon juice, and enjoy the surprisingly pleasant sourness.

Ingredients

Method
  1. Cut the avocados into half and scoop out all the pulp. Mash it with the back of a spoon.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Keep refrigerated for at least an hour. Served chilled.
  4. Serve with baked tortilla chips and potato wedges.

Handy tip :

  1. Put a little lemon juice in a thin layer on the surface of the avocado dip. Keep covered to prevent it from oxidising and turning black.

unique choice of dip. It really works well with a lot of food items. Has a lovely freshness to it. Thanks for the simple recipe.
