To get the Watermelon and Basil Lemonade right, make sure you deseed the watermelon cubes and ensure that the lemonade is chilled.

This is a really interesting ‘upgrade’ to your usual dose of lemonade, and you will feel glad you tried it.

Watermelon and Basil Lemonade recipe - How to make Watermelon and Basil Lemonade

Ingredients
3 cups watermelon (tarbuj) cubes
2 tbsp chopped basil
1 cup chilled lemonade
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the lemonade in a mixer and blend till smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture using a strainer in a deep bowl.
  3. Add the lemonade and mix well.
  4. Pour the drink into 3 individual glasses and serve immediately.

Wooww so simple and quick with a refreshing and flavorful, all my friends loved the herby taste of basil and tanginess of lemonade...
