Main Ingredients
- 3/4 cup roughly chopped tomato
- 1 tbsp roughly chopped garlic (lehsun)
- 1/2 tbsp roughly chopped ginger (adrak)
- 1/2 tsp roughly chopped green chillies
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/4 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp chilli oil
- salt to taste
Method
- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste.
- Use as required.
