Dab it on a cheesecake, or pour it over ice-cream. Blend it with chilled milk, or serve it with fresh cream. If you are game for some innovation, use it to dress your crunchy salad! Do what you may with it, but this sweet and tangy Mango Sauce is sure to add immense excitement to any culinary creation!
Method- Combine the mango pulp, sugar, cornflour and 1½ cups of water in a deep non-stick pan, mix well till the cornflour dissolves completely and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes or till the sauce thickens, while stirring occasionally.
- Allow it to cool slightly and add the lemon juice and orange squash, mix well and cool completely.
- Store refrigerated and use as required.
