This sweet is a mixture of namkeen and sweet taste.
Method- Boil milk in a deep pan, while stirring adding sugar till it thickens.
- Add the cardamom powder, saffron, khoya, mix well and cook on a medium flame, while stirring continuously.
- When the mix thickens add sev, yellow colour and essences, mix well and remove in greased dish.
- Garnish with silver wark.
