Recipe Description for Parsley Yogurt Spread, Healthy Parsley Yogurt Spread
- Hang the curds in a muslin cloth for 15 to 20 minutes or till all the water from the curds gets drained out and the curds turn thick.
- Add all the remaining ingredients to this hung curd and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and use as required.
