Recipe Description for Parsley Paneer Dip, Healthy Cottage Cheese Parsley Dip

Makes 1 cup

Herbed Paneer Dip
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1/4 cup whisked curds (dahi)
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
salt to taste

For Serving With Herbed Paneer Dip
cucumber sticks
carrot sticks


For herbed paneer dip

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}herbed paneer dip{/span}, combine the paneer, curds, parsley and milk and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl, add the oregano, chilli flakes and salt and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.
