Nice quick recipe to make using left over bread. I make a similar recipe substituting bread with cooked leftover rice... they taste yummy with tomato ketchup and green chutney as well.

Nice variation using pizza sauce... My daughter loves it in her dabba and her fellow mates also keep demanding for this recipe. So now whenever I make pizza sauce to make pizzas, I make it extra and put it in the deep-freezer to make this Indo-Italian fussion.
