  1. Combine all the ingredients except the bread slices in a bowl and make a thick batter.
  2. Dip the bread slices in the batter, both the sides should be well coated with the batter.
  3. Drizzle a little oil on a non-stick tava and cook the bread slices from both the sides till it is crispy and golden brown in colour.
  4. Garnish with coriander and serve hot immediately with sauce.
