1/4 kg carrot
1 tsp pepper powder
salt to taste
2 cups water
2 bayleaves (tejpatta)
a pinch of cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 tsp butter

  1. First wash the carrots and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Grind the carrot pieces with the help of the mixy.
  3. Put the butter in a heavy based pan.
  4. Wait until it dissolves then put the jeera and bay leaves fry to little brown.
  5. Add the grinded carrot and pour water, add pepper powder and salt for taste
  6. Serve it hot.
