Method:- In oil (2 tsp) fry uraddal till goldenbrown,add curryleaves,red chillies,garlic saute.
- Add beetroot and saute well till cooked.
- Add coconut and saute 2mts.grind with tamarind,salt to thick chatney.
- Eat with rice.
