Spinach Or Palak Dal

This spinach or palak dal is nice cook them lot of spinach and same dal nice cook them eat the roti and rice....
- Heat the oil in a deep pan, add the red chillies, mustar dseeds and cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the garlic and onions and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the turmeric powder, curry leaves and green chillies, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes and cook till they are almost cooked.
- Add the spinach and butter and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the dal and salt, mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
