Ingredients

1/2 cup sweet corn (makai ke dane)
1 cup sprouted moong (whole green gram) (or as you like black channa, rajmah, rongi, soaybean etc.)
1 cup baby corn
1 cup mushrooms (khumbh)
salt to taste
lemon juice to taste
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
1 tsp oil
Method

  1. Take a pan and add one spoon oil. heat it.
  2. add sprouts and cook on fire till two minutes, add baby corn, mushooms and american corns cook on fire for one minute.
  3. switch off the gas.
  4. After a gap on cool all the things mix salt, lemon, black peper and serve.
