This dosa is very good for health because ragi has got lots of vitamins and good for mainly diabetic patients. Sure children will also love it because it is very tasty. So go ahead and try it.

Ragi Dosa 2 recipe - How to make Ragi Dosa 2



Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

1 cup ragi (nachni / red millet) flour
2 cups rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1 medium sized onion
1 tsp salt
a pinch of asafoetida (hing)
2-3 curry leaves (kadi patta)
2 tbsp corriander , finely chopped
2 cups sour butter milk
  1. Combine all ingredients togeather in a bowl, add 3 cups of water to make a batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick tava, grease it with oil,pour the batter and spread like you do for a dosa.
  3. Sprinkle oil around the dosa and leave it for 1 minute and turn it over. Serve it with tomato chutney.
