Ingredients
500 gms potatoes , peeled and cut into 4
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
oil to deep fry
Method
  1. Add salt to the potato cubes and deep fry them in hot oil. Drain and keep aside.
  2. After they have cooled down press them in between your palms to make them flat.
  3. Deep fry them again until crisp and brown.
  4. Drain and add chaat masala and chilli powder.
  5. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
