Take advantage of the fresh seasonal plums to make delicious and appealing plum jam at home.Enjoy plum jam as a spread between the bread slices or as a topping on ice creams and cakes.
- Wash the plums.put them in a dekchi with 3/4 cup water.boil till soft.
- Remove the seeds and mash the plums in water.
- Add sugar and cinnamon sticks.stir on high fire till the jam comes to a boil.
- Then go on stirring on a low fire till the jam becomes thick.
- Cool and bottle.
