A delicious raita made with palak which is filled with vitamin C and iron. Serve with pulav or parathas.
- Wash the palak leaves and cook them with very little water.
- Retain the cooked water.
- Saute jeera and pepper corns with half a teaspoon of ghee.
- Grind this in a small mixi jar till it is powdered, add palak and the left over water and grind to a smooth paste.
- Add the curds and salt .
- This is a good combination with rice or with rotis.
