Heart-friendly oats on the other hand is loaded with soluble fibre . Toss in some protein-rich homemade peanut butter to improve the nutrition content and taste of this smoothie. Don’t buy store-bought peanut butter as it is loaded with sugar. Go for only homemade peanut butter.
