Kala Khatta is an ever-popular Indian flavour for juices and slushes. Here is a fascinating Kala Khatta Slush that is sure to tickle your taste buds with its icy consistency and refreshing taste.
Crushed ice gives it its characteristic mouth-feel while a dash of jeera powder and chaat masala give it a chatpata flavour.
Serve the Kala Khatta Slush immediately after preparation, before the ice melts. Try other recipes like Orange Sorbet Slush and Adrak aur Ganne ka Slush .
- Put 1 tbsp of kala khatta syrup in 4 individual glasses , put ½ cup of crushed ice. Again pour ½ tbsp of the kala khatta syrup on top the crushed ice.
- Sprinkle chaat masala, cumin seeds powder and salt evenly over it, serve immediately.
