Watermelon Sorbet is an unbeatable favourite with kids. In fact, it is worth returning to childhood, just to lounge on the beach with a sorbet in your hand! Here, a combination of lemon and watermelon has been used, which makes this strike the right cord with kids and adults alike. If adults wish to have a more zesty drink, they can top it up with a little rum!
Method- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- In each hi-ball glass, pour equal quantity of the above juice and freeze for 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve immediately garnished with a watermelon wedge and mint leaves.
