This exotic sorbet is a superb summer cooler. Light and refreshing, the guavas impart an unusual sweetness to this soothing sorbet. It s important to cook the sugar syrup to the right consistency as that determines the texture of this sorbet.

I love guavas and when they are in season I love everything about that fruit, so when I came across this recipe I was very happy with the taste and flavours. It was not only easy to make but taste wise also it was very good.
