Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp grated garlic (lehsun) cloves
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp finely chopped chives
salt and to taste
Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Tips
  1. VARIATIONS:
  2. TAHINI MAYONNAISE
  3. Just combine 1 cup of mayonnaise with a tablespoon of tahini sauce and a teaspoon of grated garlic.
  4. Tahini sauce is readily available at provision stores. For a quick homemade version, just roast a tablespoon of sesame seeds (til).
  5. Add the paste to the mayonnaise along with garlic.
  6. MUSTARD MAYONNAISE
  7. Add a teaspoon of mustard to a cup of mayonnaise and mix well.
