Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 cup butter
1 cup biscuit crumbs
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp each of almonds (badam) , peanuts and walnuts (akhrot)
a few drops of vanilla essence
1 cup sugar
Method

  1. Melt the butter
  2. In a bowl,mix egg cocoa powder,sugar and vanilla essence.
  3. Put this mixture in a pan of hot water to melt.
  4. Add the biscuits , peanuts, almonds and walnuts.
  5. Line a dish with wax or greaseproof paper.
  6. Pour the mixture into it and freeze.
  7. When frozen,cut into small squares and serve.
